Refund policy

At Loiddestore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Items that are damaged, used, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at justchomy@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at justchomy@yahoo.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
